SIPARD in pursuit of bringing excellence in governance by developing capacity building of large number of officials and other stake holders.

SIPARD conducts  more than 12 training courses every month on  subjects relevant  to present day government officials, panchayat raj representatives, self help group members and ngos, apart from department specific trainings and selected flagship programs.
